Drop by at your convenience for a brief respite or an extended session. Explore a selection of curated meditations endorsed by The WELL, or simply sit in stillness.

You'll find us situated within the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library, accessible on the 1st floor through the double glass doors near PJs on the left.
