Pan-American Life in New Orleans

Pan-American Life in New Orleans unveils the Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) Collection, generously donated to The Latin American Library. The PALIG Collection documents the company’s 109 years connecting New Orleans with Latin America.  The exhibit features photographs, manuscripts, and other materials from the PALIG archives as well as other holdings from the LAL that shed light on the long history of commercial and cultural ties between New Orleans and Latin America.

Due to COVID-19 procedures, this exhibit is only open to current Tulane students, faculty, and staff for the 2020-21 academic year. The exhibit is located in the lobby and gallery area of The Latin American Library (Howard-Tilton Memorial Library, 4th floor).
